Paypal? No, gracias! / Paypal? No, thanks!

Bueno en esta entrada vamos a comentar lo que está pasando últimamente con Paypal, el servicio de pagos y cobros por internet más importante actualmente. Lo que viene ocurriendo y ya van 2 veces es que el vendedor envía algo parecido a lo que has comprado y Paypal se limpia las manos y pasa del tema, paso a comentar los 2 temas:

El primero fue con la compra que hicimos en EBairsoft de 4 Comtac I de ZTactical, pues bien resulta que la tienda nos timó y en lugar de enviarnos 4 Comtac I de ZTactical nos los envió de la marca Element, conforme se abrió el paquete se procedió a efectuar la reclamación a Paypal y nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada, que ellos solo estaban ahí por si el paquete no se recibía o llegaba algo totalmente distinto, que no entraban en si era parecido. Que nos apañasemos con el vendedor directamente.

Desde la tienda nos daban largas diciendo que nos habían enviado lo que habíamos pedido, curiosamente al reclamar conseguimos que nos hiciese "caso", y lo pongo entre comillas porque en lugar de arreglar las cosas desde EBairsoft solo se nos envió 1, si solo 1 y esta vez si que era un ZTactical. Desde ese momento a EBairsoft no se le comprará nada más.

El segundo tema ha sido referente a la entrada anterior con Mathur International Co Ltd, que por error se envió un articulo que no corresponde con el solicitado, pues bien Paypal vuelve a decirnos lo mismo, que ellos no pueden hacer nada.

Vamos por lo que a mi respecta estoy planteandome seriamente seguir utilizando Paypal un servicio que pagamos (comprador y vendedor) y que luego realmente no te da una garantía de que vas a recibir lo que has pagado.
